Moving forward

I follow a blog about 5 dollar dinners and this woman also has another blog about her 2 sons wth SPD and speech delays, hypotonia, things the boys have as well. Anyways I'm very interested in the gluten free diets and emailed her to see how she started. She called me this morning and I talked with her for almost 2 hours!

She knows exactly what we go through with the boys and had so many recommendations and information to share. Troy and I decided to have private O.T. for the boys through our helath insurance. I'll still see Jabbergym in Dec. but then they'll probably send Max to a preschool like Damian's.

She also had a long list of books I have saved on Amazon that I have to buy. I couldn't believe she knew what I was talking about when it came to the meltdowns, Damian alsways licking his mouth, Max waking up from naps hysterical. It's nice to know you're not alone.

So I'm going to march into our pediatrician's office and demand O.T. She really is a wonderful but she is old school so that sometimes gets in the way.

So cross your fingers for us that our boys can get the help they need and the therapists can help us help them at home.
