lazy sundays and dreaming of the beach

I have no desire to do anything that will require heavy lifting or working too hard. Except pick up the kids of course. I am beat.

Tomorrow will be our first test to see if we can get Eric to school on time come September. He has 2 weeks of ROTC for credits for school. Troy has been letting Brandon walk to class alone a little farther away each day. He still hasn't stepped off the campus but tomorrow we may have to.

I haven't been able to scrapbook or even sew because I'm too tired to cut anything or make sure I don't sew over my finger. So I just drool over all the cute patterns and fabric I see online.

Plus wait for Troy to get paid so I could purchase them. I wish.

Yes I feel bad that I attempt to make things for this little gal only..

but the dresses and skirts wouldn't look as good on this guy..

That's how we've been feeling lately around here. BLAH. Just layin' around and being lazy.

Yes we always just sprawl out wherever upstairs. This is after Troy worked a 14 hour overtime shift. But now we can take that moola and go to Santa Cruz in September THANK GOD!!!!!!!!

The last time we went Mila was little! Okay a little littler. She's a big girl remember!

my muscle boys on the beach

Our son who wouldn't touch the sand for nothin'! This time though he'll be chucking it everywhere and enjoying the feeling in between his fingers.

The rare of shot of me

My fave picture of them walking down the street from our house to go down to collect shells.

Okay we WILL NOT be re-living this moment. Here I am snapping a picture of Eric eating a Oreo crushed topping apple thingy. Moments later I realized I was snapping pictures of a child who was obviously eating a apple contaminated with peanuts or maybe the white chocolate covering Marisa that was making his mouth itch.

You would think after all of those years of reading food labels, drilling the waiters when we eat out, slapping food from his hand when he was about to eat it because I found out it had casein in it, and watching him eat Rice Krispies only for months at a time, I would know that caramel apples with the deadly nut concotions all over it were made right next to the Oreo apples!!!!!!

Sheesh. Mother of the Year award down the drain.
This is why I need a vacation. We all do. I'll be spending my bday behind the cameras and eating fresh crab.
xo

so cute pictures of the beach, looks like you guys have a blast when you go there. Don't feel bad I would have been so excited for Tristan too that he finally could have something that I would have done the same thing and not think about the nuts next to it :) Seeing Troy on the floor made me laugh, it brought back all those memories of my hubby falling sleep exhausted on the floor to. Now he makes it to the couch since we have tile, hehe
