some Easter fun

Troy had to work yesterday but thank goodness was able to get off a little early. Not early enough though to help me with the house and the kids!

It seemed to be chaos and non-stop demands since the moment they laid their eyes on what the Easter Bunny left them. Max and Mila insisting on carrying HARD BOILED EGGS in their basket and not the plastic ones!

My friend next door had offered to make us lunch because she knew how stressed I was. She is always a lifesaver :) But I felt bad because it was Easter.

I was on the computer for so long trying to find Easter decorations to make for the house. It was way too quiet so I had to check on what mischief they got into.

They must have got bored looking at me.

We moved the kids into the garage to dye eggs. Sounds mean but I really couldn't have them dyeing on my new table. So we took the center leaf out of our old table and made it smaller. Perfect for hanging in the garage while we work out. HA! It sounded good.

Love the wink Max!

preparing their baskets for the Easter Bunny. Always their favorite part.

The new smiles my kids have.

somebody already stealing the Easter Bunny's carrots!

Easter day and won't smile or look at me!

Gee thanks

This was the only shot of dinner I could get. I was so pooped from cleaning and cooking that I just wanted to collapse on the couch!

I loved having Troy's dad here for Easter and the kids were just besides themselves that they had both Grandpa and Papa over! His Mom and Dad will be back the first week of May and I'm so excited to spend some time with Becky.

I had such a wonderful Easter with my family and I love them all so much. I missed the rest of our family and my aunt and new uncle who were just married in Hawaii!!!

I am blessed.
