birthdays and a Mommy retreat with Mila

My head is still spinning from how busy we have been lately.

This post is pretty picture heavy..which are my favorite ones!

We celebrated 2 special birthdays this month plus Mother's Day and we did some fun stuff to celebrate.

His favorite present of them all

Brandon raked in the moola this year. Eric took him to buy a game and then he is saving up the rest for his 3DS. Man he is better than I am with money!

I was a little bummed we celebrated both of their birthdays together. We never do that but Eric didn't care he said.

We took the kids to Funderland and out to lunch on Brandon's birthday. They were so excited they had bracelets that let them ride a 100 times. Thank goodness they didn't.

We have one more bracelet pack left so we'll take them back before we go to Santa Cruz.

It includes sno cones for them as well and I couldn't snap pictures between soothing brain freeze and wiping up all the syrup. They were in heaven.

D bummed he wasn't riding coach.

Mila had a Mother's Day retreat at her preschool.

It was the cutest thing I have ever seen. They sang a few songs to us that she still sings around the house and then the kids took us to different stations in the classroom.

Emily was too sweet to get photos of us. I came with a camera and no memory card. Good one.

we made cookies that I couldn't eat unless Emily was going to drive home!

explaining why I couldn't finish the whole thing. She wasn't getting it.

manicures

we made bracelets together

I got a massage too!

She gave me the cutest little gift and a letter.

The teachers wrote down everything the kids said.

Apparently my name is Samantha and I weigh 54 pounds. Good girl.

I had my parents over for a BBQ and my Dad always makes me the best grilled salmon. Troy had to work but he came home to a big plate of food. He surprised me that morning with the gifts and cards and I was sad he had to go but grateful he got off by dinnertime.

B is into tree climbing and I'm not digging it of course.

I made Eric some misubi for his bday because I still feel bad we combined birthdays!

They aren't the prettiest things are they? He was happy though :)

Well another crazy week.

Off to play phone tag with the district.

Contact doctors for Max.

Get ready for Lillian later.

Fit in grocery shopping.

Down potassium to be ready for surgery.

Be exhausted.

Welcome to my life!
