the "what's that smell?" concert night

I think it's time to show off Damian's fun night he had at the concert don't ya think? He still talks about it and wants to be in the front row when they come to Sacramento. Both him and Troy are proudly wear their expensive concert shirts. Expensive because the dudes on the street were selling them for TEN bucks!! Ugh.

But first have to show Mila on her way to the Kindergarten orientation. It honestly hit me when I was sitting in there listening to the same schpeel for the 3rd time. She is the last one. No more.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!

She was soo excited but then her shyness took over for a little bit but she came out of her shell. I introduced her to a little girl who's brother is Brandon's friend. They started off in Kinder together and I hope Mila will make lots of friends with these kids cuz they will be with her until 6th grade!

They gave the kids popsicles while they were visiting their classroom and when we went to get her she was covered in red stains on her dress. Thanks.

Max started soccer too! Troy is the assistant coach but this is Pee Wee Soccer so the kids are all over the place..especially ours. Thank goodness it's only 8 weeks. Max just wanted to play for the uniform and trophy. Typical.

Brandon the soccer pro reassuring him he will have fun

Not getting why he is up as early as he is for school

Troy worked OT last night and still took Max. He is such a trooper and an awesome Dad :) I on the other hand am kicking back with my decaf and cruising the internet. It was a little too early for the kids so we will be there next week for sure. I felt so bad.

Ok...on with the show...

so grateful we didn't hit traffic

um..don't be too excited babe

Our drinks of choice for a long night. Except mine has no caffeine. Not a huge help huh? But it was my first venti coffee! Plus it was only 2.95. Yeah baby.

Took us forever to find somewhere to eat real quick. For some reason downtown San Jose doesn't believe in fast food. I don't either but we had no choice. Typical salad for moi.

We forgot how cold it would be down there so poor Damian had to sport my sweater

Kool and the Gang opened for Van Halen. I was boogieing baby!

Damian not quite sure about them

waitin for Eddie!!

Didn't know we were in Japan

We had so much fun!!!

Damian rocked out to Panama and Jump and knew every song that was coming up after a few chords. My awesome kid!!

He was totally fist pumping the air during Jump.

Love him!!

Off to shop for more school clothes. Ugh.

Then dinner tonite with my family and my aunt and cousin. Yay!!

.......
